...is one of the best available insofar as it very robust and reliable provided that it is suspended above a packing area to prevent it being dropped and damaged. The most common wear part is the tension wheel and that can be quickly and easily replaced.  Before replacing the tension wheel ( Item 46) however it should be checked ensuring that it is not clogged with strapping debris. To clear the wheel remove the outer casing  covering the wheel - remove three screws - pull the wheel out and clean with a wire brush - DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN THE WHEEL WITHOUT REMOVING OR WHEN THE WHEEL IS ROTATING.
